Applicants must register for screening purposes. Acceptance to attend will be determined by CHES as there are many variables to consider. Preference will be given to first-time attendees.

An Inhibitor Verification Form will be required from a provider of care for new attendees.

With the emergence more traditional and non-traditional methods of treating bleeds in respect to an existing or past inhibitor, we have updated and expanded our definition of “who is still affected by an inhibitor.”

A recent BU titer greater than 0.6 OR

A lifelong* or transient* inhibitor that need a bi-specific antibody product, a bypassing agent (ie. FEIBA/FVII), re-balancing agents or high/continuous replacement factor to manage the inhibitor and bleeding effectively.

*Those who have not successfully tolerized with ITI/ITT or any other treatment plan and cannot administer a traditional replacement product or deviate from a current product without inhibitor reemergence. (Regardless of BU)
