From Heather Case, Director of Advocacy and Outreach
Greetings,
CHES's annual women's event, LadyBugs, is happening next week in Salt Lake City! As you know from my Call to Action in our last edition, we had a truly impressive number of women who applied. And we had to waitlist over 2/3 of them due to funding restraints. The tremendous response to LadyBugs speaks directly to an unmet need- females in this community are craving to be SEEN, HEARD, AND CONNECTED. I know several of you did heed the call and reached out to your industry rep to talk about the vital importance and impact of CHES's education, connection, and community. THANK YOU. If you haven't had a chance to do so yet, please do. Not only for CHES events but for events at your own chapter, at other national organizations, in being SEEN and HEARD at every occasion. The issue of access to treatment and care for females is paramount. Help us lead the way to equity and access.
