Privacy Policy Notice
The following notice can be provided for data subjects (those who we obtain PI on) per his/her request for an explanation of how their data will be used, the lawful basis for processing and informing individuals of their rights under Data Protection Regulations.
All and any of your personal data collected can/will be used to:
Provide relevant information including patient education programs, data research opportunities, available treatment options specific to your (your child’s) health
Coordination of travel to/from in-person events with necessary 3rd party travel agents
Verification of data (including diagnosis-specific info) with provided medical providers
Some PI may be shared internationally with 3rd party vendors to satisfy the needs for any of the above. We take your privacy very seriously. Safeguards have been established and are practiced to ensure the safety of your PI to the best of our ability in respect to the GDPR which is considered safe practices to the EEA (European Economic Area).
