PROGRAM ATTENDANCE POLICY - Updated 1/4/2025
Everyone who attends a CHES event, regardless of role (staff, attendee, industry, speaker, etc.) must be engaged and active in the learning process. If you register for an event and do not attend, or attend the event and skip the sessions, not only do you miss out on educational content but you also are taking the place of someone else who could have benefited from CHES's education. If you skip educational sessions, your eligibility for attendance at future events WILL be impacted. Your reimbursement expense report will be impacted or refused all together if you do not participate or skip mandatory activities and sessions. Attendance at CHES events implies an active participation in creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone. The CHES Code of Conduct is outlined in the application for each event.
