PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY

In years past, CHES waived registration costs for select programs and then moved to refundable deposits. These fees were put in place to combat the loss of funds that occur when participants/families canceled. At this time with the reduction in our current funding climate, we are no longer able to provide refundable deposits and must implement registration fees.

  • All Event Registration fees: $25/person with a cap of $100 for families over 4+ persons
